NOC Technician


[Responsibilities]
•Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to work in a 24x7 operations center monitoring and supporting Data Center infrastructure; Windows, Linux, LAN and phone support
•Hours must be flexible and may be rotational as determined by the needs of the business
•Able to dynamically multi-task on diverse issues and work with customers in a fast pace environment


[Requirements]
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
•Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows family of operating system is required
•Good problem determination/trouble shooting skills is required
•Proven detailed ticket crafting ability and Knowledge of network management systems and diagnostic tools
•1+ years of working experience in a large scale environment in a call center, help desk or NOC requirement


[Preferred]
•Knowledge of network management systems and diagnostic tools
•Working experience with Help Desk ticketing systems
